Garment Care: Wash on Cold, Hang Dry to Preserve Quality.

If your item includes rhinestones, do not wash - spot clean/hand wash for best results. Hang Dry.

Processing time is 7-14 business days. However, it is possible it can take less/more time depending on the time of the year.

No returns/refunds once your order is placed due to the personalization of each item as well as ordering materials/products for each order. If you are needing to cancel your order, a store credit will be given as long as the customization process has not begun.
