💬 Return & Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Each Glamourlyss item is made-to-order and personalized — for that reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and the order is final.
3. Order Issues or Damaged Items
If something isn’t right and it’s our mistake:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send a photo of the item and a short description to glamourlyssdesign@gmail.com.

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll work to make it right.
4. Design Approval Responsibility
Before production begins, you’ll approve your custom design proof. Glamourlyss is not responsible for errors (e.g. name spelling, number, colors) that were approved in your proof. Please double-check everything!
5. Handmade Product Variations
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight differences in placement, sizing, or color may occur. These are not considered defects and are part of the uniqueness of each item.
