2. Orders & Customization

  • All items are made-to-order and handmade based on the details you provide.

  • Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

  • Design proofs are only provided after purchase for custom items.

  • We reserve the right to decline or modify designs that are inappropriate or infringe on intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual Property

  • We do not create or reproduce trademarked or copyrighted logos unless you provide written permission from the rights owner.

  • Customers are responsible for any content or artwork submitted for production

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another carrier based on your location.

  • Processing times vary by product but generally range between 2–3 weeks.

  • Shipping timelines are estimated and begin once your order is complete.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information.

5. International Orders

  • We currently ship within the United States and Canada, with select international options available.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

7. Design Approvals

  • You are responsible for reviewing your custom design proof before production.

  • We are not liable for errors in approved designs, including misspellings, incorrect numbers, or requested colors.

  • Slight variations in color or layout may occur due to materials and production methods.

8. Product Care

To protect your Glamourlyss piece:

  • Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle or hand wash.

  • Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry.

  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glamourlyss Design shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
