1. How do I place a custom order?
To request a custom design, please visit our Custom Order page and fill out the form with your specific requirements. We’ll reach out to finalize the details and bring your vision to life.

2. What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Our standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks after payment is received. Turnaround may vary based on season and order volume. If you need your item within 15 business days or less, write RUSH in the checkout notes with your required delivery date. Rush requests are not guaranteed and may include an additional fee.

3. Can I use logos, sports team names, or player names in my design?
We do not print trademarked or copyrighted logos unless you have written permission. We can create designs with city nameplates or numbers/names of professional athletes only if you're related to or married to that player.

4. Can I upload a photo or graphic for my custom item?
Yes! We can print images on custom designs, but they must be high-resolution to ensure the best print quality.

5. Can I see a proof before purchasing?
We do not provide proofs prior to purchase. Once your Custom Order Form is submitted and payment is received, our designer will create a custom proof and work closely with you to confirm all the details.

6. Will my product match the design proof exactly?
Every Glamourlyss piece is handmade. Minor adjustments may be made to best fit the final product. While we try to stay true to the proof and your vision, not all proofs are to scale. If color accuracy is crucial, please communicate that clearly during the design process.

7. What if I approve a design proof that has an error?
We rely on your approval to move forward with custom work. If a proof is approved with a mistake, we are not liable for the error. Please double-check all spelling, numbers, and colors before giving the green light.

8. Will my team or organization’s colors match exactly?
We do our best to match team colors using a variety of materials and techniques. However, exact hues may vary slightly due to production methods and material availability.

9. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship within the U.S., Canada, and select international destinations. International shipping costs will be higher, and additional duties or taxes may apply.

10. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll do our best to make it right.

11. Can I make changes to my order after receiving it?
Unfortunately, we cannot make post-production alterations to completed custom pieces.

12. How do I care for my custom apparel?
To preserve your item:

  • Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle or hand wash

  • Lay flat or hang to dry — do not tumble dry

  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents

13. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Changes cannot be made once production begins.

14. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Share the Glamourlyss experience with someone special — digital gift cards are available in various denominations on our site.
