1. Processing Time

  • All items are made-to-order.

  • Standard production time is 7-21 business days after payment and design approval.

  • Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

  • Rush orders may be available upon request — include your desired delivery date in the checkout notes. A rush fee will apply if accepted.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

  • We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $150 or more (before taxes and fees).

  • Select international shipping may be available by request — please contact us before placing your order.

3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery times begin after your order is fulfilled.

  • U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • Canadian and international delivery times vary depending on customs and carrier.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to reflect in the tracking system.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses submitted at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
