Processing time is 7-14 business days. However, it is possible it can take less/more time depending on the time of the year.
No returns/refunds once your order is placed due to the personalization of each item as well as ordering materials/products for each order. If you are needing to cancel your order, a store credit will be given as long as the customization process has not begun.
Need it faster? Add "RUSH" at checkout along with the date you are needing your item. A rush fee will apply and be added to your order and invoiced to you to pay the outstanding balance.
